raul@ubuntu:~$ sudo apt-get install opera-stable
Reading package lists… Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information… Done
opera-stable is already the newest version (74.0.3911.107).

E: The repository 'https://deb.opera.com/opera-stable stable InRelease' is not signed.
N: Updating from such a repository can't be done securely, and is therefore disabled by default.
N: See apt-secure(8) manpage for repository creation and user configuration details.

$ wget -qO- https://deb.opera.com/archive.key | sudo apt-key add -

Una vez instalada añadimos el repositorio:

$ sudo add-apt-repository "deb [arch=i386,amd64] https://deb.opera.com/opera-stable/ stable non-free"
Opera Navegador

$ sudo apt update
$ sudo apt install opera-stable

sudo apt-get -o Debug::pkgProblemResolver=yes dist-upgrade

Luego paquete por paquete:
sudo aptitude install paquete

lo vi en https://askubuntu.com/questions/140246/how-do-i-resolve-unmet-dependencies-after-adding-a-ppa
